I contacted Pegasus Pools after reading some very positive online reviews. My pool was in need of a remodel job to the pebble tech roll beam which was cracking and falling apart. Most of the companies I had called didn’t even bother to call me back but Chip was very prompt and made arrangements to meet with me the next day. I was very pleased with the quote I received from Chip, it was about half the amount I had received from other companies and included a larger scope for the remodel with better product. Chip’s guys were out within a week and did a fabulous job, they were on schedule, cleaned up after themselves and did an awesome job with our remodel. I’ve already recommended Pegasus Pools to a few people and will definitely call them again when it comes time to add to our pool.

It is refreshing to meet a contractor like Kane who is driven to satisfy our needs and wants without trying to up sell everything possible. When we met Chip at Pegasus, he designed a pool concept with more features and value than the three other quotes we received, and still was the most affordable. Pegasus was great to work with at every step. They could do anything the larger pool companies could do, yet promised to give us the attention of a smaller company. And WOW did they deliver! We got a unique design with lots of extras, and the pool was built in 8 weeks. Chip came out to the building site more times than we could count, monitoring the construction crews, answering our questions, and making sure everything was perfect.

And the service didn’t stop there: Since the pool and spa were completed, there were a couple of minor equipment problems, and Pegasus promptly took care of it at no charge. Any questions we’ve had throughout the construction process and the time beyond have been given quick and thorough attention.

Pegasus built us a backyard oasis, and we are in the pool almost every day. Our guests are always stunned, and after three years, we are every bit as pleased as the first day it was filled with water. If we ever build another pool, we won’t even consider another company besides Pegasus!

On February 8, 2002 my wife and I signed with David to construct our back yard pool. Although David’s company was new, he had many years of experience in the pool construction business. As we were doing a design as you go project for our back yard, I indicated that we may make a few changes in the decking or other appearances during construction. Unlike other companies that would require many days of delay in paper work, David said this would not be an issue with him.

After obtaining the proper permits from the City, laying out the design and obtaining our approval for size and shape, construction was started on March 2nd. Once the construction was started, contractors were scheduled by David that at times seemed aggressive but the pool was completed and filled on the 29th of March. This was a total of 4 weeks for construction when most companies take 6 to 8 weeks. All contractors used by Pegasus were professional, timely and experts within their respective fields. All work performed was properly executed and cleaned as they progressed through their work.

Both my wife and I highly recommend Pegasus as the pool builder of choice and would be pleased to discuss the success of our pool with any prospective pool client.

After many months of looking into pool builders, the hubby and I narrowed down our choices to 4 builders. After meeting with Kane, we instantly knew this guy was going to be awesome to work with. He wasn’t just a designer/sales guy… he was THE guy we were going to be working with from start to finish. He met with us, truly listened to what we wanted, listened to our budget concerns, and designed an amazing backyard for us. From the beginning Kane was on time for every meeting, communicated with us on a daily basis, talked to us about everything we needed to know and take into consideration with our yard, and definitely put us at ease during the major monsoon storms and flooding while we had a giant open hole in our yard after excavation. He was always easy to get ahold of and had a great sense of urgency to make sure every question we had was answered and that we were truly happy. He communicated every stage of the project from excavation, to rebar and shotcrete, to decking, landscape and pebble install. Every single one of his crews was professional, courteous and on-time. From excavation to finish there was always something going on. When we first started our pool and backyard we thought the process would be lengthy considering it was the middle of summer and that we would come across many bumps along the road. But not with Pegasus Pools. The process was smooth, seamless and much easier than we expected. From dig to swim day was just under 6 weeks and thats including a week of no work just to let the monsoon rain damage dry out! That’s unheard of during the middle of summer when everyone is trying to build a pool! Kane’s professionalism and sense of urgency definitely exceeded our expectations. In addition to that, at one point in time Kane was unable to be onsite but we didn’t have to worry because the owner, Chip, was able to come onsite just to make sure things went smoothly. Kane was always honest about timeframes and deadlines and often exceeded them. He was not one to over promise and under deliver. He was the exact opposite and often under promised and over delivered by leaps and bounds. Kane’s work ethic is top notch and we are so fortunate that we chose Pegasus Pools to help us build our dream backyard.
